Pmly ('biz', 'uygulama'), gezdiğiniz veya gitmek istediğiniz yerleri haritada işaretlemenizi ve isterseniz arkadaşlarınızla paylaşmanızı sağlayan kişisel bir haritalama uygulamasıdır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verileri topladığımızı, bunları nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızın neler olduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Topladığımız Veriler
Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresiniz, kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız ve varsa profil fotoğrafınız ve telefon numaranız. Konum ve pin verileri: haritanıza eklediğiniz her pin için seçtiğiniz konum, başlık, açıklama, kategori, tarih ve varsa fotoğraflar — bunlar yalnızca siz bir yer eklediğinizde kaydedilir, uygulama arka planda konumunuzu takip etmez. 'Konumuma git' butonu kullanıldığında cihazınızın anlık konumu yalnızca haritayı o noktaya kaydırmak için kullanılır ve saklanmaz. Rehber eşleştirmesi: arkadaş bulma özelliğini kullanırsanız, rehberinizdeki telefon numaraları cihazınızda geri döndürülemez şekilde şifrelenir (hash) ve yalnızca bu şifreli değer sunucularımıza gönderilir — ham telefon numaralarınız cihazınızdan asla çıkmaz. Kullanım ve hata verileri: uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığına dair anonim istatistikler ve olası çökme raporları, hizmeti iyileştirmek amacıyla toplanır. Keşfedilebilirlik: başka kullanıcıların sizi bulup arkadaşlık isteği gönderebilmesi için kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız ve profil fotoğrafınız, profilinizi "herkese açık" yapıp yapmadığınızdan bağımsız olarak diğer oturum açmış kullanıcılara gösterilebilir; biyografi, pin sayınız ve gezdiğiniz ülkeler gibi diğer profil bilgileriniz bu kurala tabi değildir ve sadece profilinizi herkese açık yaptığınızda görülebilir.
Verilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek, haritanızı ve pinlerinizi görüntülemek, gizlilik ayarınıza göre (herkese açık / arkadaşlar / gizli) içeriğinizi doğru kişilerle paylaşmak, arkadaşlık istekleri ve etkileşim bildirimleri göstermek, uygulamayı iyileştirmek ve teknik sorunları gidermek için kullanıyoruz. Verileriniz hiçbir şekilde satılmaz. Premium olmayan kullanıcılara Keşfet ekranında Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterilir; AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcıları gibi verileri kendi politikasına göre işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve İngiltere'deki kullanıcılardan kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için onay istenir; iOS'ta izniniz olmadan reklam tanımlayıcınız kullanılmaz. Pinleriniz, fotoğraflarınız ve profil bilgileriniz reklamverenlerle paylaşılmaz.
Verilerin Paylaşımı
Verileriniz Google Firebase altyapısında (Google LLC) barındırılır; Google burada yalnızca bizim adımıza veri işleyen bir hizmet sağlayıcı konumundadır. Herkese açık veya arkadaşlara açık olarak işaretlediğiniz pinler, ilgili görünürlük ayarına göre diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülebilir. Uygulama içi satın alma yaptığınızda ödeme bilgileriniz bize değil doğrudan Google Play / Apple App Store'a iletilir; kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz veya saklamayız.
Moderasyon, Şikayetler ve Engelleme
Uygulamayı güvenli tutmak için kullanıcılar uygunsuz bulduğu pin, yorum ve profilleri şikayet edebilir. Veri Güvenliği
Verileriniz Firestore güvenlik kurallarıyla korunur: bir pine yalnızca siz, (izin verdiyseniz) arkadaşlarınız veya (herkese açıksa) tüm kullanıcılar erişebilir. Bir pine eklediğiniz fotoğraf, pinin gizlilik ayarından (sadece ben / arkadaşlar / herkese açık) bağımsız olarak sunucularımıza yüklenir; görünürlük ayarı, fotoğrafın uygulama içinde kime gösterildiğini belirler, ancak fotoğrafın barındırıldığı adrese sahip olan biri (bu adres hiçbir yerde listelenmez) teorik olarak ona ulaşabilir — bu, çoğu fotoğraf paylaşım uygulamasının kullandığı aynı güven modelidir. Haklarınız

Hesabınızı Silme
Hesabınızı ve ona ait tüm verileri (pinler, fotoğraflar, yorumlar, beğeniler, ortak haritalar, arkadaşlıklar, bildirimler ve profil) istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinde Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil’den kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; silme işlemi geri alınamaz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Pmly 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan veri toplamaz.
Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Uygulama; kimlik doğrulama ve veritabanı için Firebase (Google), oturum açma için Google Sign-In, uygulama içi satın almalar için Google Play Billing / Apple App Store'u, reklamlar için Google AdMob'u kullanır. Bu servislerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.

Introduction
Pmly ('we', 'the app') is a personal mapping app that lets you pin the places you have been or want to go, and optionally share them with friends. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect while you use the app, how we use it, and what rights you have. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
Data We Collect
Account info: your email address, username, display name, and, if provided, a profile photo and phone number. Location and pin data: for every pin you add, the location you chose, its title, description, category, date and any photos — this is only saved when you actively add a place, the app does not track your location in the background. When you use "Go to my location", your device's current position is used only to move the map there and is not stored. Contact matching: if you use the "find friends from contacts" feature, phone numbers in your address book are hashed irreversibly on your own device, and only that hash is sent to our servers — your raw phone numbers never leave your device. Usage and crash data: anonymous statistics about how the app is used and crash reports are collected to improve the service. Discoverability: so other users can find you and send a friend request, your username, display name and profile photo may be shown to other signed-in users regardless of whether your profile is set to "public" — other profile details (bio, pin count, countries visited) are not subject to this and are only visible once your profile is public.
How We Use Your Data
We use it to create and manage your account, show your map and pins, share your content with the right people according to your visibility setting (public / friends / private), show friend requests and engagement notifications, and to improve the app and fix technical issues. We never sell your data. Users without Premium see ads in the Explore screen, served by Google AdMob, which may process data such as device identifiers under its own policy to serve and measure ads. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent to personalised ads; on iOS your advertising identifier is not used without your permission. Your pins, photos and profile details are never shared with advertisers.
Sharing Your Data
Your data is hosted on Google Firebase infrastructure (Google LLC), which acts solely as a processor on our behalf. Pins you mark public or friends-only are visible to other users according to that setting. If you make an in-app purchase, your payment details go directly to Google Play / Apple App Store, not to us — we never see or store your card details.
Moderation, Reports and Blocking
To keep the app safe, users can report pins, comments and profiles they find inappropriate. A report contains the reporting and the reported account, the chosen reason, an optional note and a copy of the reported content (title, text or photo). Reports and, where needed, the account concerned are reviewed by administrators authorised by Pmly, solely for safety and rule enforcement; this review may include private or Couple Map pins and account details such as the email address, sign-in method and sign-in dates. Authorised moderators see only the reported content — not who reported whom or any other account details. Content that breaks the rules may be removed and accounts suspended; every administrator action is logged. The person you report is never told who reported them. Your list of blocked users is visible only to you, and blocked users are not notified.
Data Security
Your data is protected by Firestore security rules: a pin is only readable by you, your friends (if you allowed that) or every user (if it is public). A photo you add to a pin is uploaded to our servers regardless of that pin's visibility setting (only me / friends / public); the visibility setting controls who the photo is shown to inside the app, but anyone who obtained its underlying storage address (never listed anywhere) could in theory open it directly — the same trust model most photo-sharing apps use. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your Rights
You can update your profile info (display name, bio, photo, phone number) at any time from Profile > Edit. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at pmly@pmly.me; your request will be processed within a reasonable time.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data (pins, photos, comments, likes, Couple Maps, friendships, notifications and profile) at any time in the app under Settings > Delete account; deletion cannot be undone.
Children's Privacy
Pmly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from users under that age.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Firebase (Google) for authentication and database storage, Google Sign-In for login, Google Play Billing / Apple App Store for in-app purchases, and Google AdMob for ads. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you in-app of any material changes.

Pmly ('nosotros', 'la app') es una app de mapas personal que te permite marcar los lugares que has visitado o quieres visitar, y compartirlos con amigos si lo deseas. Esta Política de Privacidad explica qué datos recopilamos, cómo los usamos y cuáles son tus derechos. Al usar la app, aceptas esta política.
Datos Que Recopilamos
Datos de cuenta: tu correo electrónico, nombre de usuario, nombre para mostrar y, si los proporcionas, una foto de perfil y número de teléfono. Datos de ubicación y pines: para cada pin que añades, la ubicación elegida, título, descripción, categoría, fecha y fotos — esto solo se guarda cuando añades un lugar activamente; la app no rastrea tu ubicación en segundo plano. Al usar "Ir a mi ubicación", tu posición actual se usa solo para mover el mapa allí y no se almacena. Coincidencia de contactos: si usas la función de "buscar amigos en contactos", los números de teléfono de tu agenda se cifran de forma irreversible en tu propio dispositivo, y solo ese valor cifrado se envía a nuestros servidores — tus números reales nunca salen del dispositivo. Datos de uso y errores: se recopilan estadísticas anónimas de uso e informes de fallos para mejorar el servicio. Visibilidad para otros usuarios: para que otros usuarios puedan encontrarte y enviarte una solicitud de amistad, tu nombre de usuario, nombre para mostrar y foto de perfil pueden mostrarse a otros usuarios con sesión iniciada, independientemente de si tu perfil está marcado como "público"; el resto de tu información de perfil (biografía, número de pines, países visitados) no sigue esta regla y solo es visible cuando tu perfil es público.
Cómo Usamos Tus Datos
Los usamos para crear y gestionar tu cuenta, mostrar tu mapa y tus pines, compartir tu contenido con las personas correctas según tu ajuste de visibilidad (público / amigos / privado), mostrar solicitudes de amistad y notificaciones de interacción, y para mejorar la app y solucionar problemas técnicos. Nunca vendemos tus datos. Los usuarios sin Premium ven anuncios en la pantalla Explorar, servidos por Google AdMob, que puede procesar datos como identificadores del dispositivo según su propia política para mostrar y medir anuncios. A los usuarios del EEE y el Reino Unido se les pide consentimiento para anuncios personalizados; en iOS tu identificador publicitario no se usa sin tu permiso. Tus pines, fotos y datos de perfil nunca se comparten con anunciantes.
Compartir Tus Datos
Tus datos se alojan en la infraestructura de Google Firebase (Google LLC), que actúa únicamente como proveedor de servicios en nuestro nombre. Los pines que marques como públicos o solo para amigos son visibles para otros usuarios según ese ajuste. Si realizas una compra dentro de la app, tus datos de pago van directamente a Google Play / Apple App Store, no a nosotros — nunca vemos ni almacenamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
Moderación, Denuncias y Bloqueo
Para mantener la app segura, los usuarios pueden denunciar pines, comentarios y perfiles que consideren inapropiados. Una denuncia contiene la cuenta que denuncia y la denunciada, el motivo elegido, una nota opcional y una copia del contenido denunciado (título, texto o foto). Las denuncias y, cuando sea necesario, la cuenta afectada son revisadas por administradores autorizados por Pmly, únicamente por seguridad y para aplicar las normas; esta revisión puede incluir pines privados o del Mapa en Pareja y datos de la cuenta como el correo, el método de inicio de sesión y las fechas de acceso. Los moderadores autorizados solo ven el contenido denunciado, no quién denunció a quién ni otros datos de la cuenta. El contenido que incumpla las normas puede eliminarse y las cuentas suspenderse; todas las acciones de administración quedan registradas. A la persona denunciada nunca se le dice quién la denunció. Tu lista de usuarios bloqueados solo la ves tú, y no se avisa a los usuarios bloqueados.
Seguridad de los Datos
Tus datos están protegidos por reglas de seguridad de Firestore: un pin solo puede leerlo tú, tus amigos (si lo permitiste) o todos los usuarios (si es público). Una foto que añadas a un pin se sube a nuestros servidores independientemente del ajuste de visibilidad de ese pin (solo yo / amigos / público); ese ajuste controla a quién se le muestra la foto dentro de la app, pero alguien que obtuviera su dirección de almacenamiento (que nunca se publica en ningún lugar) podría en teoría abrirla directamente — el mismo modelo de confianza que usan la mayoría de apps para compartir fotos. Aun así, ningún método de transmisión o almacenamiento por internet puede garantizarse 100% seguro.
Tus Derechos
Puedes actualizar tu información de perfil (nombre, biografía, foto, teléfono) en cualquier momento desde Perfil > Editar. Para solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta y todos tus datos, contáctanos en pmly@pmly.me; tu solicitud se procesará en un plazo razonable.
Eliminar Tu Cuenta
Puedes eliminar para siempre tu cuenta y todos sus datos (pines, fotos, comentarios, me gusta, Mapas en Pareja, amistades, notificaciones y perfil) cuando quieras desde la app en Ajustes > Eliminar cuenta; la eliminación no se puede deshacer.
Privacidad de Menores
Pmly no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos datos a sabiendas de usuarios menores de esa edad.
Servicios de Terceros
La app usa Firebase (Google) para autenticación y base de datos, Google Sign-In para el inicio de sesión, Google Play Billing / Apple App Store para las compras dentro de la app, y Google AdMob para los anuncios. Esos servicios tienen sus propias políticas de privacidad.
Cambios en Esta Política
Podemos actualizar esta política de vez en cuando. Te notificaremos dentro de la app cualquier cambio importante.

Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı yasa dışı, taciz edici, nefret söylemi içeren, başkalarının gizliliğini ihlal eden veya sahte konum/kimlik bilgisiyle kullanamazsınız. Başka kullanıcıların hesaplarına izinsiz erişmeye çalışamaz, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle inceleyemez veya kötüye kullanamazsınız.
Yasaklı İçerik — Sıfır Tolerans
Pmly’de uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötü niyetli kullanıcılara tolerans gösterilmez. Çıplaklık veya cinsel içerik, şiddet veya şiddete teşvik, nefret söylemi, taciz ve zorbalık, yasa dışı faaliyetler, spam veya reklam, başkalarına ait kişisel bilgiler ve telif hakkı ihlali içeren pin, fotoğraf, yorum veya profil paylaşamazsınız. Bu kurala aykırı içerik paylaşan hesaplar uyarı yapılmaksızın askıya alınabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir.
Şikayet, Engelleme ve Moderasyon
Uygunsuz bulduğunuz bir pini, yorumu veya profili uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir, bir kullanıcıyı engelleyebilirsiniz; engellediğiniz kişi sizinle etkileşime giremez ve içeriği size gösterilmez. Şikayetler yöneticilerimiz tarafından incelenir; kurallara aykırı içerik en geç 24 saat içinde kaldırılır ve ihlal eden hesaplara işlem uygulanır.
Kullanıcı İçeriği
Haritanıza eklediğiniz pinler, fotoğraflar, açıklamalar ve yorumlar size aittir. Bu içeriği paylaşarak, Pmly'ye bunları (seçtiğiniz gizlilik ayarına uygun şekilde) uygulama içinde görüntülemek ve saklamak için gerekli sınırlı lisansı vermiş olursunuz. Paylaştığınız içerikten yasal olarak siz sorumlusunuz.
Premium Abonelik
Premium özellikler, Google Play / Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınan bir abonelikle sunulur. Faturalandırma, yenileme ve iptal işlemleri ilgili mağazanın kendi politikalarına tabidir; abonelik iptali mağaza hesap ayarlarınızdan yapılır.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Pmly adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve yazılımı Pmly'ye aittir ve telif hakkıyla korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Pmly, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez ve kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Hesap Askıya Alma / Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları uyarmadan askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde sizi uygulama içinden bilgilendiririz.
Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.

By downloading and using Pmly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Creating an Account
You need to create an account with accurate, current information to use the app. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, including your password, confidential.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for anything unlawful, harassing, or hateful, to violate others' privacy, or with a fake location or identity. You may not attempt to access another user's account without permission, reverse-engineer the app, or otherwise abuse the service.
Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance
Pmly has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post pins, photos, comments or profiles containing nudity or sexual content, violence or incitement to violence, hate speech, harassment or bullying, illegal activity, spam or advertising, other people’s personal information, or copyright infringement. Accounts that post such content may be suspended or permanently closed without warning.
Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
You can report any pin, comment or profile you find objectionable from within the app, and block any user; a blocked user can’t interact with you and their content is hidden from you. Reports are reviewed by our administrators; content that breaks these terms is removed within 24 hours and action is taken against the offending account.
User Content
The pins, photos, descriptions and comments you add remain yours. By posting them, you grant Pmly a limited licence to display and store them within the app, consistent with the visibility setting you chose. You are legally responsible for the content you share.
Premium Subscription
Premium features are offered through a subscription purchased via Google Play / Apple App Store. Billing, renewal and cancellation are governed by that store's own policies; cancel a subscription from your store account settings.
Intellectual Property
The Pmly name, logo, interface design and software belong to Pmly and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". Pmly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of it.
Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; we will notify you in-app of any material changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Contenido Prohibido — Tolerancia Cero
Pmly tiene tolerancia cero con el contenido inapropiado y los usuarios abusivos. No puedes publicar pines, fotos, comentarios o perfiles con desnudos o contenido sexual, violencia o incitación a la violencia, discurso de odio, acoso, actividades ilegales, spam o publicidad, datos personales de otras personas o infracciones de derechos de autor. Las cuentas que publiquen este contenido pueden ser suspendidas o cerradas para siempre sin previo aviso.
Denuncias, Bloqueo y Moderación
Puedes denunciar desde la app cualquier pin, comentario o perfil que consideres inapropiado, y bloquear a cualquier usuario; un usuario bloqueado no puede interactuar contigo y su contenido se te oculta. Nuestros administradores revisan las denuncias; el contenido que incumpla estos términos se elimina en un plazo de 24 horas y se toman medidas contra la cuenta infractora.
Contenido del Usuario
Los pines, fotos, descripciones y comentarios que añades siguen siendo tuyos. Al publicarlos, otorgas a Pmly una licencia limitada para mostrarlos y almacenarlos dentro de la app, de acuerdo con el ajuste de visibilidad que elegiste. Eres legalmente responsable del contenido que compartes.
Suscripción Premium
Las funciones premium se ofrecen mediante una suscripción comprada a través de Google Play / Apple App Store. La facturación, renovación y cancelación se rigen por las políticas de esa tienda; cancela la suscripción desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de la tienda.
Propiedad Intelectual
El nombre Pmly, el logotipo, el diseño de la interfaz y el software pertenecen a Pmly y están protegidos por derechos de autor. No pueden copiarse ni redistribuirse sin permiso.
Limitación de Responsabilidad
La app se ofrece "tal cual". Pmly no garantiza un funcionamiento ininterrumpido o sin errores y no es responsable de daños indirectos derivados de su uso.
Suspensión / Terminación
